Melissa is the founder of HERevolution Solutions — a transformative space created for women of color ready to reclaim their voice, body, boundaries, and leadership.

She holds an academic background in both psychology and biological sciences, along with professional certifications in coaching. Melissa’s work is also shaped by her experience coaching within workplace and organizational settings, where she helped individuals navigate leadership, identity, and regulation in high-pressure environments.

Her approach bridges evidence-based understanding of the nervous system with the sacred wisdom of lived experience. Through her signature programs and personalized coaching, Melissa guides women of color into deeper embodiment, emotional resilience, and unapologetic self-trust — turning inner truth into aligned action.
